These tours will give you the opportunity to see these majestic animals up close and personal, learn more about the Scottish Highland breed, and have the chance to check out our operation here at Cyrus Ridge Farm. Visits to the farm are by appointment only, and all booking is directly through our website, via the the links below. We look forward to showing you around our farm and letting you meet our herd.

What You Need To Know!
Please read before booking
Our farm tours are relatively simple:

Our tours involve riding or walking through hilly terrain, gravel pathways, or into pastures. Participants must be capable of navigating uneven terrain.

We have 7 different paddocks or fields that create a horseshoe shape. This gives our visitors the opportunity to see, and interact with the Scottish Highland cattle no matter what field they are occupying. Some of the fencing is electric, so please do not touch the wires.

During the winter/early spring months our weaning fields will be light. Dates book fast, to try and ensure you get the date you want, we recommend booking as soon as you can!

Payment is due at the time of booking online.

We do not have public restrooms. This is our personal farm, please be respectful in all areas.

Children aged 18 and under must be under the supervision of an adult.

The VIP experience tour is the only tour where we go inside any of the paddocks with our adult highlands. This is for the safety of both you and our Highlands.

On your tour, we will make every effort to let you feed treats to the cows, have hands on interaction with the calves *when available*, and take lots of selfies and videos. We cannot control the mood of the animals, so no guarantees on the level of interaction they will allow.

Expect to depart from this experience a bit disheveled, with traces of slobber on your pants, a smudge of poop on your shoes, and your heart brimming with affectionate memories!
Photos and videos doing our non-business tours are encouraged, for your enjoyment and personal use only. No commercial use. Selling any prints or digital files of any animals or area of Cyrus Ridge Farm property is strictly prohibited. We enjoy seeing our farm through your eyes, so don't forget to tag us in your shares!
